Why Washi Turn
The same swap, again and again
Match-3 boards blur together: swap, match, repeat, and the only thing that changes from level to level is how long it takes.
Then the waiting starts
Timers, lives that refill in half an hour, ads between levels. You end up waiting more than you play.
Here, every swap turns the paper
In Washi Turn both sheets turn over when you swap them, so you read the board by what lies under each fold. No ads, no lives, no timers.
How it plays
The fold decides
Every sheet shows its face and one folded-up corner. Swap two neighbours and both turn over: line up three by the colour under the corner, not the colour on top.
Readable for everyone
Vermilion, saffron, matcha, indigo, plum and ash each carry their own washi print, so colour-blind players can tell every sheet apart.
Obstacles and tools
Crumpled paper balls and washi tape block the way. Scissors cut one cell, the Bone Folder turns one sheet over where it lies, and the Paperweight keeps your next swap face up.
