Source: https://nguyenvanlamm.github.io/washi-turn-site/

A puzzle game for iPhone. **Swap two sheets. Both turn over.**

Washi Turn is a match-3 puzzle played with two-sided origami paper. The folded corner on each sheet shows the colour you will get.

Coming soon to the App Store. 80 levels, no ads, no lives, no timers. To hear once on launch day, email lamnv260398@gmail.com (subject: "Tell me when Washi Turn launches").

## Why Washi Turn

- **The same swap, again and again.** Match-3 boards blur together: swap, match, repeat, and the only thing that changes from level to level is how long it takes.
- **Then the waiting starts.** Timers, lives that refill in half an hour, ads between levels. You end up waiting more than you play.
- **Here, every swap turns the paper.** In Washi Turn both sheets turn over when you swap them, so you read the board by what lies under each fold. No ads, no lives, no timers.

## How it plays

- **The fold decides.** Every sheet shows its face and one folded-up corner. Swap two neighbours and both turn over: line up three by the colour under the corner, not the colour on top.
- **Readable for everyone.** Vermilion, saffron, matcha, indigo, plum and ash each carry their own washi print, so colour-blind players can tell every sheet apart.
- **Obstacles and tools.** Crumpled paper balls and washi tape block the way. Scissors cut one cell, the Bone Folder turns one sheet over where it lies, and the Paperweight keeps your next swap face up.
- **Yours, offline.** No account and no tracking. Progress stays on your iPhone and the game plays offline.

## Paper that does things

- **Fan:** line up exactly four. It turns over every sheet in its row and column.
- **Pinwheel:** make an L or a T. It clears the 3×3 around it.
- **Crane:** line up five. Swap it with any sheet to clear every sheet of its new face.

## 80 levels, four desks

- **Kraft** teaches the turn.
- **Washi** brings crumpled paper.
- **Vellum** adds washi tape and cut-out corners.
- **Gilt** puts it all together.
