Brinestack is a tactical dive game. It does not ask who you are, and it does not sell any data about you.
What stays on your device
- Your progress: the dives you have cleared and their stars, your shells, Dock upgrades, booster counts, your deck order, and whether the game has shown its one-time restack tip.
- Whether you have bought All Seas, and the store's transaction identifiers for packs already delivered, so a purchase is never granted twice.
This is stored on your device only. Deleting the app removes it.
What we do not do
- No account or sign-in.
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No analytics, crash reporting or tracking of any kind.
- No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
Purchases
The Shallows (dives 1–12) is free. Purchases (All Seas, Supply Crate, Supply Hold) are handled entirely by the App Store under its own privacy policy. We receive no payment details; the game only learns from the store which purchases exist.
This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other services; its fonts and images are served from the site itself. GitHub Pages, which hosts it, may keep standard server logs.
Children
The game collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
