Privacy Policy

Hadal Relay is a side-scrolling action game for iPhone and iPad. It does not ask who you are, and it does not collect, share or sell any data about you.

What we collect

Nothing. The game sends no data to us or to anyone else. There is no account, no advertising and no analytics.

What stays on your device

• Your progress: dives cleared, stars, salvage, Spare Tanks, the suits you own and wear, and which tutorial hints you have seen.
• Your settings: Sound and Haptics.
• Whether you have bought the Full Campaign or Spare Tank packs, and a record of the purchases already delivered so none is counted twice.

This is saved only on your device, in the app's own storage (iOS UserDefaults). It is not uploaded or synced anywhere. Deleting the app removes it.

What we do not do

• No account or sign-in.
• No advertising and no ad networks.
• No analytics, crash reporting or tracking of any kind, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
• No sharing of anything with third parties.
• No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.

Network

The game plays fully offline. It goes online only through the App Store, when you make or restore a purchase. The Privacy Policy button in Settings opens this page in your web browser.

Purchases

Trench 1 is free. Purchases and Restore Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's own privacy policy. We receive no payment details; the game only learns from the store which purchases exist.

Children

The game collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
